20 Days in Barcelona...

I've just spent a total of 20 days in Barcelona through December and January going back and forth from London to shoot various top flight footballers for NIKE. It was really good fun and yet quite frantic and tiring at times dealing with the tight schedules of the players not to mention the delicious seafood and amazing wine! Some behind the scenes images of the set and the worn out crew!!

Just before Christmas I found time to shoot some still life for Wallpaper*. Shooting the diamond bracelet in the boardroom of Graff Diamonds was intense with burly security guards not taking their eyes off your every move!

This summer I shot the campaign to launch the new Sony S1 & S2 Tablets. Commissioned by Anomaly London the brief required a delicate paper fold out suspended in the air. To help me achieve this tricky task I worked with a great team including the wonderful Lightning & Kinglyface. Above, some behind the scenes footage and one of the ads featuring the S1.

After a lot of hard work from many people the 'Audi 24' book that I shot the imagery for was finally published in The Times on Sunday. The main aim was to produce a limited edition hard back book but this was published additionally which was a bonus meaning 1,000,000 copies went out across the UK on Sunday.

Here is one of the ads for Glenmorangie whisky I shot up in Scotland at the amazing Glenmorangie distillery. After the production my photographs were then illustrated by the photo realist artist Vince Verma to really emphasize the tag line of 'Unnecessarily Well Made'. Shooting an image to be illustrated was really interesting, given the task to challenge and test the illustrators abilities to replicate every last detail and photographic characteristic.

The brilliant 125 Magazine: Heroes issue is now published and on sale at most newsstands. For this latest edition I shot several WW2 veterans combined with landscapes of the English Channel and the White Cliffs of Dover which would have been the first sight of home for returning servicemen.

Earlier this year I shot this ad for Peugeot in Paris. It is now running in the uk and showing on a billboard new you! I worked with Set designer Erik Rehl to achieve the mud tracks which proved much harder to make than you think especially on a such a clean shiny floor!
